Newest stuff at the Start

2-11-01

Going out tonight for a House Dinner, should be good, but might not get drunk cos I need to get good sleep. Not had any spare time today, to put up any pics so I will do that tomorrow morning I think. I also need to sort out skiing for this Christmas, also need to sort out next weekend. Last night I hung about with Andy and his 2 cousins who are up here wile travelling the world. They set of for San Francisco this morning. We talked for quite a wile then watched 10 things I hate about you.

With all this film watching Im now seriously considering a Region One DVD player for my laptop. I would get an external one and a box, to like it with by USB I think. But films here are half the price of a home and theirs more selection too. I will have to work out how much travelling I want to do and also home much skiing will cost first though.

O-yer still cant get the wax out!

1-11-1

Well, I have one question for the world, how the hell do you get wax out of your hair? For last night I went to the club as a mad scientist, for this I borrowed Sarahs lab coast, and then spiked my hair up. I used Andys wax to do my hair, though good on the night this has turned into a major problem today, cos I cant getting the bloody stuff out of my hair.

Anyway handed in my essay, wrote up my labs and had 2 classes and a field trip today, so all in all quite rewarding. Although I was slightly hung over for the first few hours!

Well No pics today, will put more on tomorrow though, Im of to bed for hopefully a long sleep.

31-10-01

WOW just finished my essay, now all I have is on lab report for tomorrow, that I will do..... tomorrow. So getting in the mood now to go out, all the music is on. Were going for tea at 99 chairs which is a place where you can use you meal card, but not caf food, a bit more expensive, but they have beer!! Next were getting wasted on cheap beer before we go out, then were going to go out to some club called richards on richards sound crappy but I will see, were getting a Limo there, cos its only $5 more than it would be by buss and a taxi back.

Today then I have done all my classes and booked plain tickets to Oregon to see, my mate who is studying there, over remembrance weekend. I havn't had enough time to put up many pics on the net from Seattle, but I will do more tomorrow. I think I might take my camera tonight too, so I will get more pics then.

Seattle - Sunday

30-10-01

Just finished putting some more pics on the web, this time of and from the Space Needle. I have also done quite a bit of work today, and have a sodding essay to do tonight, which I cant be arsed with. Im currently listening to Dr Jones By Aqua, wile wasting time on the Internet, and doing partially good stuff like this and finding flights.

I think were (Claire, Matt and I, possibly another) are going to rent a car and drive across the Rockies to a lace called Banff, not sure if this will happen, but it sound like quite cool idea. Really you need to be 21 to rent a car, so we will have to rent it some this one place that rents to underage people, not that sure about that. It will be $50 a day (excluding 'Gas') which is a lot better than the $220 on the Bus or even more by plain or rail.

Tonight I think Im just gonna do this essay so I can go out and get rendered tomorrow night, and Thursday and Friday too.

29-10-01

Not done much today at all, woke up at 9:30 (must have slept though all the noise). Then I sent a few e-mails and tried to plan out what Im doing this Christmas which is harder that first though. I then had class and then dinner. Then managed to sit about in various peoples rooms talking all afternoon, before sorting some most stuff and trips out. For Tea I went with Sarah and Shannon then stayed for just over an hour talking to various people, including a girl from Lancaster who I had never met before.

I have just got back from the library from doing research for my Entomology essay. I think tonight Im just gonna have a couple of beers and watch a film, relax and tackle the essay tomorrow.

Despite doing hardly anything today, I have put very few of my Pics on the net. I have done most of the ones from Saturday though so you will have to hang on for more of them, but check out the porno Barbie, and the rest I have put up on the link below.

Seattle - Saturday

28-10-01

Just got back from Seattle, which was well cool, though Im glad I dont live there. It is mostly how I expected America to be like, except for the very expensive McDonalds (compared to Here and home) you really pay more.

Friday:
I got up mega early to revise for my crappy exam (at noon) and then went to do work. I did the exam that wasnt as bad as I had though, but still wasnt good, I ran out of time. Then straight after that we went into town to get the buss to Seattle, which took just over 4 hours. I managed to smuggle a sandwich and some Pringles into the US, without declaring it on my customs form. When we got to Seattle and got to our room at the youth Hostel, it was about 7ish, so we went out for a meal and then went to see a film. We went to see a film, because in America you cant drink until your 21, arse! The film was 13 Ghosts, a good film, and quite hard to predict what would happen, though the body count and gore level was way to low.

Saturday:
Got up late ish 9:30. We then went to the underground tour, this was a tour underneath a few blocks of Seattle in the underground streets.

Basically when Seattle was originally build it was bellow sea level, they then filled in the land with sawdust that was abundant from the logging industry. This meant that the streets would turn into a slush in points with large rainfall or high water. So after the city was burn down around 1900 the city was re-build, not this time of wood, but of stone. When the government built the new roads they built them about 4m higher (i.e. Level with First floors) this meant that the pavements were lower than the roads and so were the main shop entrances. Eventually they put covers over the pavements and raised them to the height of the roads, the buildings just adapted and used their first Floor windows as doors. This mean that there was a vast underground network running under all the sidewalks. During prohibition this was used to smuggle drink, and later it was used as a den for all sorts of illegal trades.

I recommend visiting if your ever in Seattle, its a cool place and they explain it a hell of a lot better than I did. After this we went round a few toy shops and played with toys and the new X-Box, which didnt look that spectacular and is huge, like 4 times the size of a PSX 1. Next we got the Monorail to the Seattle Centre where we then went to the Music Experience, and looked around, then Andrew and I went up the Space Needle.

The Space Needle was built for the 1962 Worlds Fair. The View from the top, even though it was an over cast day, was amazing you could see all of Seattle and also the mountains in the distance (the pics dont do it justice). We then went back and had a Italian. Then we smuggled Beer into the Youth Hostel, we needed to do this because:
1/. We needed to drink
2/. You have to be 21 to drink here, and none of us are.
3/. Your not allowed Beer in the Youth Hostel.

Anyway Matt had a fake ID that worked, so we got beer with that and then sneaked it in. So we had a Pint can of Fosters and also some MGD each and played cards.

Sunday:
We got up even later 9:30 (but plus the hour extra from reduced day-light savings time as 10:30) We then wondered round a market and looked about for stuff, then had the second McDonalds and got the bus back. When we were trying to get on the bus, we had to be searched and also our bags where checked. Other than at the border coming over this was the only sort of checking that went on.

All in all the trip was good, though It was just long enough, there wasnt really that much to do in Seattle.

Now back in Vancouver, I have learned the following major facts:

1/. For a long time Settles economy was mainly due to seamstresses
2/. Seattle/Tacoma is the 13th biggest city in the US at 3.555 million
3/. Dont make silly sounds while walking down the street.
4/. The Toilet was indeed though up by Mr Thomas Crapper.
5/. Monorails are cool
6/. American McDonalds are Crap, and should have been invented by Mr Crapper.
7/. Im now legally a resident of Canada
8/. You can get Beer in a one-Pint can
9/. Beer is cheap in the USA
10/. Canada is so much better than the US

Now its just back to work, I have an essay in for Thursday, and also have several lab reports due in. I think tonight were just gonna watch the end of Dune and have few beers (legally) Also because I got quite a few Pics, I will have them up in the next few days, because doing them now would cut into valuable drinking time.

I have done way to much revision for the exam tomorrow, especially considering I know bugger all about the subject still, stupid Physics. After only just making it up this morning for my 9am, despite being woken up at 7:30 again, I have just been doing work, except for a short trip down the road to pick up some money, from the money shop.

I got $125US for Seattle and $125CN for stuff before I go to Seattle. Its getting annoying how I keep paying for stuff that I dont get for ages. Like today Im paying a $75 deposit for a skiing holiday after Christmas!

Anyway Yesterday I did work, boring and then went Ice skating for a wile, cos I was bored. I went with Matt, Claire and Carly, who is really good at skating, and was showing me how to do some cool stuff, and doing crazy jumps and shinny things her self.

Right, of to do more work, I probably wont update now till Sunday night. Next week I only have 2 essays to do, and hopefully I will have loads of Pics from Seattle, so I will put them on Sunday night or Monday.

23-10-01

Done quite a bit, today. I got woke up at 7, but my stupid neighbour returning from Argentina. Then I had my 9am, Entomology, at 11 it was time form my Biology mid term, which I think, went quite well, but Im not sure yet, it was certainly a lot better than the other one. Now I only have one mid-term left which is the killer Geography, or rather physics on Friday.

After that I have done more class, and then my Entomology Labs, which I had moved from Friday so we can leave earlier, for Seattle. I have just got back from the shops where I spent $98. For my $98 I got:

A toothbrush
Toothpaste
Deodorant
3 Packs of Pringles
2 boxes of Popcorn
18 bottles of Kokanee
32mb of Memory for my camera

The 32 mbs of memory for the camera will be cool for this weekend, I can now save187 Pics on my camera in super high quality, 649 in High and 1278, in low. I went in with intentions of only getting 16ms, but it was only $10 more for twice the amount, so I though what the hell, and now I can take loads of pics of stupid stuff this weekend!

The Popcorn is a staple part of uni life in Canada, at least 2 bags a week, the Pringles are just a luxury. As for the toiletries, well I just needed them.

Right going to McDonalds now, then coming back and doing more stupid revision, before watching the end of Dune and drinking some beer.

Work Sucks!!

21-10-01 (Evening)

Been up to loads of work today, I reccon my Bio 303 midterm on Tuesday will be relatively easy, I know most of the stuff anyway and the harder stuff can be learnt easily if I get a concentration span of more than 5 mins tomorrow. I have spent most of today either sleeping (till 11am) or working (rest of the day). Im still very worried about my Forestry and Agriculture exam on Friday, but have come to the conclusion Im never gonna learn all that crap, so why bother, and have decided to concentrate on Biology instead.

Tonight, were gonna watch the end of the Canucks Game, against Anaheim,
then do more revision. Later on were gonna watch part 2 of Dune, which is a mini series basted on the book, it looks so badly made, but the story is so good.

Looking forward to going to Seattle next weekend, providing we can get across the border, which I think we can, but were not sure about. We are leaving Friday afternoon, pretty much straight after my evil Geography mid term.

21-10-01 (just, like 12:30am)

Not been up to much interesting today, been trying to learn all my stuff for Geography, which is probably never gonna happen, its so much Physics bollox. Last night I was convinced that it would be a good idea to go out to the Pit and get wankered, so I went out to the pit and got wankered. The night was pretty good, though uneventful, I met a few people who I hadnt seen for ages and also some more new people. I went to the Washroom and some guy nicked my seat, anyway about 5 mins later the waitress brought me a drink, saying that apparently he had paid for it in his round. This isnt as gay as I first though, apparently some of the girls I was with had had a go at him about it, and made him feel bad. Anyway I left quite soon after that to go and talk to some other girls. I met Clare from Lancaster there, and she introduced me to her floor, and also got me a pint that she owed me. At this point all the unexpected drinks, and the 4 pitchers we had already split between 3 or us, were starting to affect me quite well. After that we just went back, and some how I fell asleep on the wrong end of my bed, fully clothed.

So this morning I had a slight hang over and was very very tired, so watched Spaceballs and though about all the stuff I needed to learn, which I have since looked though and worried my self even more (foolish I should just not bother I guess). Anyway, not sure whats going on tomorrow, its Lias Birthday so something might, otherwise might just get drunk for a change.

19-10-01

Last night, before doing my essay, I competed in a trivia Game called Brainopoly. Matt, Kat, Jenn, Jen(from Second), Sarah (slocan) and two guys were in my team, we won every round, and so won the main competitions easily, we got a limo trip as the prise, not sure when we will us it yet, but it should be cool. There were 31 teams, and 8 rounds, mainly packed with North American questions, including a hell of a lot of TV shows I havent heard of, however we WON.

Yesterday it was chuckin it down all day, really really wet and crappy, Andy (Lancaster) and I had a geography field trip in a bog to go to. Once we finally got there we were soaked, cos we had got the wrong bus, at the start, and then had to wait to get that bus back in the poring rain for about 20 mins. The field trip its self also lasted for 40 mins, and then another 20 min wait for the bus, this meant that by the end of it I was so wet it was like I had jumped in a swimming pool, with all my stuff and clothes on. The field trip wasnt even that good though, just looking at a bog, wow not like I havent seen tones of them in England!!

On Wednesday we didnt get up to that much, I went swimming, and then to the sauna, all free! Then we watched Blow, which I still think is a good film, but Im beginning to see big holes in the plot line.

To night, quite a few people are going into town, but Im not sure whether to bother, the club looks shite, and I would have to dress up, which is just a bit to much effort. I think I might just sleep and watch films and TV. Last night I ended up staying up till about 2 talking to Sarah and then doing my Biology tutorial thing, which again is shit, I dont know how your supposed to answer stuff in 300 words.

17-10-01

Last night, Matt, Claire and I went out to Koerners, and got wasted, well Matt and I did. We played pool for a wile, and I was surprisingly good, getting in quite a few decent shots, that is until the 4 pint mark, then it just went to pot. Anyway I got up well late and knackered today, I think Im gonna go swimming later, which should get me some much needed exercise. At the moment Im doing research into whether to buy or rent ski stuff, I think I might just rent, cos I want to do snowboarding too, and that would be a hell of a lot to buy. Well back to my essay on Queridendron consecutiva.

16-10-01

Failed it, bloody Entomology mid-term, arse now I have to start work for my other midterms, which I presume I will complete in the same general fashion. Anyway I havent written in here for a few days now, thats been cos of all the dam work I have been doing, however I did stop work last night at 9 so I could watch the Grand Prix (missed it on Saturday and again of Sunday). The race wasnt that good, but not doing work was, defiantly good.

Yesterday I just did work and then watched the Grand Prix, but the day before I did work in the library all day, then came back and was talked into go to play Broom Ball, a game I have never heard of before. Broom Ball is basically Ice hockey without ice skates, and we had about 40 people on the ice and two balls. Our team, Cariboo, kinda lost, but that was more do with the other team having 8 more players in there house team. The game itself is easy just hit the ball into the oppositions net, but when you add slippy shoes and no way of stopping it gets harder. During the game I got pretty good at tackling people, just like in hockey, but when it came to shooting I was awful. Shooting is hard enough when you have shitty coordination, never mind when you have shitty coordination and are slipping everywhere. Anyway I managed to totally wipe out some guy by just sliding half way across the ice into him, and also completely mess up my leg, it still hurts now, by sliding into some girl, who had her elbow at groin height (so I guess it could be much worst that it is).

Tonight I think Im gonna do my Geography Lab then get pissed, cos I think its $2 a beer night at the pit, other wise I will just get pissed anyway. I will also mess about trying to get a decent guest book on my site, if I have time in-between the drinks, but its probably not gonna happen.

Beer Trouble shooting Chart

13-10-01

Wow crazy night last night! We went round 6 bars in the very dodge area of Vancouver, luckily nothing that bad happened to anyone, well nothing not of there own causing. We were in a group of about 30, and 2 of the bars refused to serve us, so we spent most of the time in the other 4. This was the first pub craw I have done with a map, and infact the map did come in useful.

The first Bar was rather gothic and weird, which was cool, they had good cheap beer and also mostly good music on. I spent most of the time talking to Derek and Adam from my floor, and also to Ann Marie from second, and a South African girl called Peeter (not sure on spelling, or even the pronunciation)

The second bar, was crappy, but also had cheap drink, and we basically took over the back half of the bar, I was talking to a load of Lads, but cant remember any names for sure, Neil, Sweed and some others I think.

The Third pub wouldnt serve us the arses, so we left soon.

The Forth pace was a hole, but we stayed there for ages, I was talking to tones of people including this girl from the basement, called Ashley and all most everyone else too. The Beer was cheap again, and we all drunk quite a lot. Max the Malaysian (only 17) had a drinking contest with the bar guy, and won.

The Fifth place was rubbish, so we left.

The Sixth place was the shitty Club 212, which we had visited before on the Blarny stone night. It was $3 in for guys and $5 for girls, but girls got free drinks. This lead to a major problem for Sarah (Slocan) who was chucked out for puking, so because they were just marching her out I went with her, and walked her back to the bus stop. I have never been with anyone so drunk and off there head, even that time in Lancaster with Jerry and Ric when we got in the fight. Before leaving the club I had danced with Ashley a bit and also talked to mile more people who I dont remember at all.

Its now half 2 on Saturday, the day I was supposed to do all my revision, but instead slept till 11:45 and then pissed about on the internet. I am however gonna get some work done soon, I hope. Though Im in the mood to go swimming at the moment.

12-10-01

Wow works done, stayed up till 2am doing it last night, thats too late for any normal work, so its all probably rubbish. Had quite a good day, went swimming with Sarah in between my classes (nothings going on there). I have just come back from my Entomology lab, dissecting a Locust, I think next term Im gonna do more labs, because they are so much better than course work, even if you have to write them up too. I think something key to this is you do it in class time, and dont have to do it on your own, where you can get distracted easy (not like that) at Ress.

Anyway going out tonight on a Bar Crawl with the rest of Caraboo house and also Tweeds house round East Hastings in Vancouver. I have been reliably informed that East Hastings is the rough part of town, where Prostitutes are all about, and people do crack in the street. This is probably not good, but basically its the only place where all the underage people can get in and drink. It starts at 5:30 so I plan to be wasted soon, and then have a good nights sleep, Im awfully tired at the moment.

Right going in 20 mins, so its time for the music to start, Prodigy, Beasie Boys, New Order and finally The William Tell Overture.. (Have Carly Simon your so vain on at the moment)

XI-X-I

Work thats all that has really been happening recently, and a hell of a lot of it. I cant wait to start going skiing, and need to buy the stuff soon, like a jacket. Yesterday it pissed it down with rain, pretty much all day, quite hard rain too, not just drizzle. This made me think I needed something waterproof, but today has been ok, so I guess I can wait a little longer.

Tomorrow night there is a huge bar-crawl for people from my house and our Brother House, so Im planning on getting wasted, however before then I have one pain in the ass Geography Project to do, which is annoying the hell out of me.

Not much else is really going on, I think Im slowly developing insomnia and a permanent state of..... Urm, begins with an app.... are bugger it, it doesnt matter.

Work, thats all thats been going on recently I have had loads of write up and my mid-terms start next week, bugger. On Sunday night I went to see Final Fantasy the movie at the Students union, crappy is the word that springs to mind, the graphics where really good, shame they didnt put any effort into the story line and plot really. Before that Clare (from Lancaster) and I went for Sushi, love it, going again next week.

Last night we worked then watched Tomorrow Never Dies which I think is defiantly the best resent bond film. Tonight I think I might get wasted at the Pit, because Im having trouble getting to sleep before 3am and keep getting woke up at 7:45 so, very tired. The idea tonight then is to get wasted and go to bed at midnight.

07-10-01

Not done any work this weekend, which aint that good considering its 5pm on the Sunday, and I havnt done anything today, but piss about and watch TV. However its a lot more relaxing not doing out, and since its thanks giving then I guess I dont need to do anything anyway.

Yesterday I went for a walk with Kat down to Wreck Beach (not sure how you spell that), saw loads of nude people, mainly old guys though, so wasnt really looking. Then Kat left for thanks giving and there was hardly anyone left in the house. I went down to Sarahs room (Slocan Sarah) and we went and drunk beer and watched the hockey (Canucks Vs Detroit). Derick was there too, and we decided that we should go out, so we met up with Clare (from Lancaster) and went out, looked in the Pit and there were only 9 people, so we followed another group of people into town. Once in town we were heading for an Irish Theme Bar called the Blarney stone the queue (Or line for the Canadians reading this) was huge, so we followed some other people to a bar called Club 212. We had a drink there but it was boring so we left, we then met up with people who had stayed in the queue (line). We eventually got in just after 12, and got wasted very soon, the music there was brilliant, U2 and stuff, a massive improvement on all the R+B, Hip-hop shit about here. We left about 2 and when to get the bus, but there wernt any busses about so we hung about sitting on Graville Street waiting for the bus to come, and wondering if it would come. Eventually getting home at 20 to 4am.

This morning I woke up at 8am, with a head ache, and there was nout to do so I went back to sleep till noon. Not sure whats happening tonight, probably watch a film and have an early night.

Check out the Pic from the day:

Saturday

06-10-01

I sit here righting up this diary wile listening to the who singing, My generation, and watching 2 Cockroaches scrabbling for there dying breaths in a gas chamber containing Ethyl Acetate.

No one is here hardly this weekend, so Im gonna sleep download films and work, in that order. I was supposed to go to Victoria, but now Im not going. Last night we went out for Claire 20th Birthday (pics link below). That was cool we ate at Earls, and when went to see the film serendipity in which boy (John Cussac) meets girl (girl from Shooting fish) falls in love over 3 hours, losses her for years and the meets her again. Pretty standard Romantic Comedy then, It would be so much better if they just ended on of though films with a killer spree ending, thats what everyone really wants.

Other than that I have been doing lots of work, my midterms are coming up and I have a lot of course work at the moment too.

The smaller Cock-roach is well and truly dead, but the big one is still moving about.

I go an ICQ from Matie telling me he had a 32 wide-screen TV and was getting Sky+, this made me think about how much TV I have actually watch since getting here. With the exemption of Films, that aint much, and mainly been sport and Pop up Video. It also made me think of back home, where Im gonna need a Job when I get back, if only to buy the Car that I NEED.

Yesterday I got my Ski pass, $319.93 wow, that better be some good skiing, all I need now are skis, boots and a jacket. I better get the Jacket quickly cos apparently its gonna start getting wet soon, and I have nothing water proof at all here.

Right today Im going out with Kat some where, not sure where and she has to be back early anyway to go back home.

Finally there both dead, now I can go on to gassing some more, he-he-he-he

04-10-01

Been working pretty hard over the last few days, go some work back 6.5 out of 10 for a shitty essay and 10 out of 10 for my Lab reports. Tonight I have just sat about relaxing, and watching the Canucks getting beet by Chicago on TV.

All of this week it has been, Drugs and Alcohol awareness week, so last night our house had, Doughnuts and Hot ass Wednesday, which basically consisted of watching porn and eating rubbish. The film was awful, silly soft-core stuff, and the food wasnt that good, but after I stayed up talking and stuff for ages.

I still dont know whats going on this weekend, I guess I will just have to wait and see, but I have found out when my exams are on and they finish on the 12th so thats a 3 week Christmas for me then.

02-10-01

Went on another geography field trip round Vancouver, which was rather interesting, but also got very tedious at some point. Not really done much more than that sorry. Im still not sure about Christmas, I can go to Toronto, Whistler or Vancouver Island, or possibly a mixture of some of the above.

Last night I went to Keorners and got rather drunk, though nothing like Friday nights indents. But were woken up again at 7:30 by my next door neighbours music the Bloody arsehole, so Im quite tired now, and will probably just have a few drinks and watch a film.

So all in all not much to say then

1-10-01

Today I have had comments from 2 separate people that Im loosing my accent, which means that I must be gaining a Canadian one, which is even worse than loosing mine. I also met the other guy from Lancaster Uni, who is over here and he is a Jordi, this inspired me to create the list of the top 7 accents I have found over here:

Place Name of Speaker
Bradford Sarah (Lancaster Uni)
Joridi Patrick (almost a Jordi anyway)
Gold Coast (Australia) Elizabeth
Melbourne (Australia) Jackie
Manchester Katie
Indonesia Max
South Africa (not sure how to spell name without making it something different)

Well anyway thats that. Last night we watched Pulp Fiction, well most of it anyway, tonight I think Im gonna convince people to got to the bar for a quite (ish) drinkage and relaxation session. I have a field trip tomorrow, and we have to meet some where in down-town Vancouver but dont know where so that is the mission of the afternoon.

Also as you may have noticed, I have also put in a new diary page, so that it will load up a bit quicker, and so you dont need to look though the lot all the time. This time Im gonna put the new stuff at the start, you can look at past stuff by clicking the link at the bottom of the page.

30-09-01

Last night I went to see Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back which was an enjoyable film, though certainly not as good as Clerks or Mallrats, though its the same sort of film as Mallrats, compared to Chasing Amy or Dogma. I though it was worth watching though. I went with Matt, then we went looking round some DVD shops, and they are so cheap here, I must resist getting a player, and shit loads of films, especially if Im going skiing heaps. When we got back we went to Brianna room in the Basement to watch Fight Club. Then stayed up talking to Kat till about 3, about life and general shit.

Today I got up later and went to the Japaneses Gardens trying to catcher Insects for Entomology, I managed to catcher 2 Dragonflies mating, but let them go because I only needed one, and one that wasnt jointed to another. I managed to get a Pond skater, which is cool. I have also done a bit of work and gone blading with Sarah. Not sure what were up to tonight, but I only have one beer left now, so I dont think it will be that much.

Currently suffering from a majorly bad hang over, one of Biblical proportions. Following last nights Toga party, which I cant really remember at all. Not much to say really, handed all my essays in eventually, and now have more work to do, but I will probably sit about talking to people and watching the Simpsons all day, unless this hang over sorts its self out more.

Might go and see Jay and Silent Bob strike back but may leave that till Tuesday when the cinemas are half price. Other than that I dont know whats going on, most of the international students went away for the weekend to Whistler, doing stuff, but its was too expencive and there aint no snow yet. I went for my Ski Pass yesterday $300 for the year, cool, but they need either a money order or a credit card, neither of which I have, so thats next weeks mission.
